You will be notified via text that your visit was created, when you’re next in line, and when it’s time to enter the building.

How to Apply
To apply, redetermine benefits, or submit verification for public assistance programs, please submit information online at Colorado Program Eligibility and Application Kit (PEAK). PEAK can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I get my payment/receive benefits?
When instructed to do so, customers will need to obtain an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card at 11860 Pecos St., Westminster, CO 80234, during regular business hours. Please bring your ID.
