Information and Resources on the Coronavirus

Adams County Government offices are closed to the public through June 1 as employees work from home. The Human Services Department, Animal Shelter, and Colorado Air and Space Port will still provide essential services. Sheriff, District Attorney, Coroner, and Justice Center will remain open until further notice. Moving forward, more core services will become available once we finalize our modified service delivery approach during this closure.

Beginning Tuesday, June 2, the Motor Vehicle and Recording Departments will be open by appointment only. Information will be posted soon on how to schedule an appointment. These departments will also observe the county's new business hours of Tuesday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Most county buildings, with some exceptions--including the Elections Department, will be closed on Mondays. Learn more about this new schedule.

During this difficult time for our community, here are some community resources to help with needs you may have.
