To effectively connect a world-class workforce that meets the needs and exceeds the expectations of our partners in the Adams County Business Community
The Workforce Development Board (WDB) is composed of community leaders dedicated to workforce development. The members of the Adams County WDB are representatives of private industry, nonprofits, and public agencies. The Workforce Development Board is mandated by federal legislation to oversee public investments in employment and training programs.
