Capital Project Update

Design work has begun to replace the arena. The new arena will be a multi-purpose facility that will house many different kinds of events while anchoring the fairgrounds. This is the next step toward the overall improvements to the fairgrounds.

Work continues on Park Avenue on the southern part of the park, which will essentially relocate the entrance of the park to E. 120th Parkway from the current entrance on Henderson Road.
