Welcome to the Adams County Public Records and Recorded Documents search page. At this time we have grantee/grantor indexes available free of charge for viewing on this system. Document images are not available on this website.

Obtaining Copies

You can request a copy online at www.adcogov.org/records-search, or at our office, 4430 S. Adams County Parkway, Suite E2400, Brighton, CO 80601. A copy costs $0.25/page. Certification is $1 per document. You can pay by cash, check or credit card. Please make checks payable to Adams County Clerk.
