Adams and Arapahoe Counties adopted this plan as an amendment to their countywide comprehensive plans. As an amendment to the Adams and Arapahoe County comprehensive plans, the Strasburg Plan, is an official public document that guides land use, capital facilities, and growth and development decisions made by both counties. All the provisions of the countywide plans and other applicable regulations will continue to apply in the Strasburg area.
