On the “Create New Account” page

1. Enter a unique E-mail address
2. Enter a complex password following the requirement guidelines.
   • Mobile Settings are not required
3. Click the “I’m not a robot” check box
4. Click “Create New Account”
5. Verify the email address you entered in an email sent to you; Do not skip this step, before using your account you must verify it.
