Before beginning, applicants are encouraged to review the Adams County Open Space Policy & Procedures (adopted June 27, 2023).

The Mini Grant Application should be used for projects requesting $25,000 or less.

You must use the following forms for Attachments A and B. Download, complete, and have ready to upload under the Attachments section at the end of this application.

Also, it is recommended that you compile any of the following attachments, if applicable, before beginning the application.

6. Qualified Jurisdiction Sponsorship: If applying as an organization other than a qualified jurisdiction, please attach a letter of sponsorship from a qualified jurisdiction and label as Attachment C - Letter of Sponsorship.

7. Please attach at least two (2) letters demonstrating support from the community and label as Attachment D - Letters of Support. Showing support from a variety of sources is encouraged. Please DO NOT include any dollar amounts in the letters.

8. Letters of Commitment: All organizations or individuals providing in-kind contributions are required to provide a letter of commitment outlining their contribution(s) as stated in the Project Budget. Please label as Attachment E - Letters of Commitment.

Each qualified jurisdiction or sponsored organization applying to the Open Space Program may only submit up to three (3) grants per grant cycle, up to two (2) of which may be full project applications (i.e., not mini grants).
