Stars & Stripes Celebration at Riverdale Regional Park

Kick off your Independence Day celebrations early at the fifth annual Stars & Stripes event on Wednesday, July 3, 4-11 p.m., at Riverdale Regional Park, 9755 Henderson Rd., Brighton. This free celebration, presented by ConocoPhillips, includes live music from Southern Fryed, Kory Brunson Band, and Midnight Party Machine, an expanded free kids zone, more food and drink options, and a musical fireworks display at 9:30 p.m.

New this year, the music will continue after the fireworks display until 11 p.m. Attendees may take advantage of horseshoes and disc golf before the event begins. Food and beer vendors will begin serving at 4 p.m., and parking at the Riverdale Regional Park is free.

For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not bring animals into the park for the Stars & Stripes event. Visitors are kindly reminded that most fireworks are illegal in Adams County; please leave fireworks of any type to the pros.
