The Elections division of the Clerk and Recorder's Office provides election results as they become available at approximately 7:30 p.m. on Election Night and are updated periodically throughout the evening. Some ballots will not be tabulated on Election Night as the law allows for the tabulation and reporting of cure and provisional ballots after Election Day. (A Provisional ballot is issued when a voter claiming to be properly registered but whose qualification or entitlement to vote cannot be immediately established.)
